Shipping information and rates

Let our staff handle all your shipping needs on your printed products. We specialize in shipping across the country using every shipping option including: Delta. FedEx Next Day, FedEx 2 Day, FedEx 3 Day, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and DHL. To track your packages, use the links on the left under the heading “TRACK YOUR PACKAGE HERE”. For shipping rates, refer to the zone map below, along with the charts of various shipping methods and package sizes.

ALL SHIPPING PRICES ARE APPROXIMATE AND MAY VARY AND CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. We will give you more accurate shipping charges at time of shiment. All prices listed above are per 5,000 piece order. If you are ordering 10,000 pieces you must double cost, 15,000 pieces you must triple the cost, and so on...

TO FURTHER UNDERSTAND THE SHIPPING PROCESS, PLEASE READ BELOW:

Our staff will do everything possible to make sure your shipment is on time. If you have any questions concerning shipping, please contact a service representative at 1.866.FASTCOLOR. Here are some variables that should be taken into consideration when selecting your shipping method:

1. Most jobs take 48-72 business hours to complete. If your job is completed in the late afternoon or evening, your job will not be shipped until the following business day.

2. For Saturday Deliveries: Saturday deliveries are only available for Next Day shipments and are subject to an additional $75 charge. If you need to receive your order on the weekend we recommend that you choose the Delta Dash option.

3. Ground Shipments will go out the next day after the pick-up is ordered, whereas Next day Shipments can be picked up the same day. For Ground Shipments: ZONE 1 deliveries take 1-3 days, ZONE 2 deliveries take 3-4 days and ZONE 3 deliveries take 5-7 days.

4. If you are in a rush for your job or it needs to be at your location by a certain date or time, please give us the shipping details when you place your order. This way we can expedite your job as efficiently as possible.

5. For Next Day Shipments: 2 Day and 3-4 Day shipments are guaranteed to be delivered by 5PM of the scheduled delivery date. If you need to guarantee an AM delivery please contact us for a rate quote (please note that guaranteed AM deliveries are at least 50% more expensive than the rates listed).

6. Delta Dash packages arrive within 24 hours and are NOT available for door to door delivery. These packages MUST be picked up at your local airport. Please contact Delta at 1.800.352.2746 for directions and hours of operation.
